Anyway to get unbanned?

i got banned for a few days, may not seem like too much but the situation is very common, for context, i was in a game yesterday, i literally bought the game, i was really having a nice time playing, being nice to everyone, even to the mean people, so this guy shows up, a brazilian dude, being mean to everyone, and i told him to chill, so he just started laughing and saying "ooh you are getting banned hahaha" i never thought that was like a real threat, then today i joined to play for second time, and guess what, i was banned, for a few days, in the report the word "Macaco" showed up, i never wanted to be mean or anything but now, just because a random dude wanted, i got banned for the most stupid reason ever, i really fell in love with the game but now, what happens if i join a game, a random guy shows up and reported me for like no reason, i think the quick report update was a mistake, every player can make up anything and get u banned? doesn't seem fair to me, now i can't play any server, ngl im really sad about this because i waited all day to play and when i joined i was banned, i got a ticket for the unban appeal telling me to be more careful.

it is recorded yes, and if you do not give permission for it then you can't use it

Voice chat is recorded and is also stored for 14 days(I think this is what the devs said the time frame is) upon a report and they have chat logs, if OP said it or typed it, they WILL know. And unless OP got mass reported by the Brazilian guys friends it's highly unlikely a false ban.

i'd understand getting banned from chat/voip but getting banned from the game itself is ridiculous. That's basically a scam. This game doesn't even have singleplayer. When did it become acceptable to just ban someone from using the game they paid for?

Imagine if you cut yourself and the knife manufacturer came to your home and took the blade off your knife and handed you the handle and was like "sorry we dont allow swearing while using our knifes"

I bought the game before yesterday, was playing for a few hours, using voice chat and eventually figured out that it wasnt working and nobody heard me. Being told that, I wrote some swear words in the chat out of frustration and 5min into the game i was banned because i got mass-reported.

Just ban people from comms, not the game, what the f?

its not scam though, you agreed to their terms and breaking them gets you banned. By buying a knife you do not agree to that kind of terms. But i do agree that getting banned from whole game because of one word is harsh. But then again we don't know if op actually only said one word or if he was full blown racists (in which case they should be permanently banned imo)
