Does the long or heavy barrel on the m110 actually make it a 2 shots against armor?

on paper it is above 51 damage so it would be a 2 shot but im not sure how much armor affects it since the dummies in the range seem to have no armor. Im asking this before committing to unlock attachments for it, otherwise i would play other weapons.
