Any servers with 2x damage (BF4/BF1 style?)

Are there servers that have modified damage values? Or does battlebit not have those?

There are, but they aren't always easy to find. Try searching words like hardcore, damage, etc. They are usually low pop servers and often I find 1 in 10 to be occupied.
