They are playing the game normally though arent they? Playing to win is how most people would play and that doesnt make them "tryhards". Winning is fun, doing good in a game is fun and can feel rewarding. Everyone can play however they want to in casual games but complaining about so to speak tryhards is honestly childish.

lean spamming, drop shotting, "movement players" is not playing like a normal person, its playing like some basement dwelling ogre who needs to feel validated by their position on the scoreboard in some casual blocky shooter.

You're definitely allowed your own opinion, but just know, there are plenty of people who think the casual players who always goof off are "stupid". A lot of these players seem to think "having fun" is the point of the game, but I beg to differ.

If I were in a baseball game with a bunch of friends, and decided to run around streaking and screaming, suggesting "having fun" is all I care about, this would annoy people. They would say, "yeah but we're playing a baseball game right now, and we want to win". If my fun comes to the detriment of everyone around me, it's rude and obnoxious.

You see, games have a purpose. Everything that exists has a purpose. If you chose to play a game with a purpose, and while playing that game you decide to give it your own purpose, it will annoy people.

So I respect tryhards. They are doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing. Play the game for its purpose.
