what to do about false reports? do they decay overtime?

ive been falsely reported for racism twice. first guy said over voice comms that i was cheating and he reported me for racism. second time im assuming was a similar situation and he saw the one report and just followed suit. i hate seeing it on my profile. it makes me feel disgusting, as i would never say anything like that in the first place. can i do anything about this?

I've got a report floating for making fun of Reddit which I think is hilarious.

Can't imagine there's all that much to worry about if it's only a couple.
Since devs record all your voice logs and text logs they can check if you were acting as reported or not, lol lol lol, and in that case, you probably won't get banned.

I know how you feel tho, I complained about not having any aimbotting ones "because that must mean my aim is bad" and someone gave me one and it actually feels kind of yuck to have lol. And I absolutely deserved it for saying that in chat lol

yeah ive avoided asking in the ingame chat bc i figured that'd just be asking for more reports. ive only ever done light trash talk. nothing personal. and certainly not racist nor homophobic.

Lots of my friends have been reported for aiming or walls and I haven't. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed, it's like a badge of honor. Some people will report you for anything cuz they're just salty, seeing the reports poisons the well a bit because if someone was thinking about reporting you and sees the report; they are more likely to report. Most people that I've seen that actually say something bad will just get a slap on the wrist at first with a moderator warning stating "Watch what you say in voice chat, please." Just ignore them and see how many you can eventually stack up.
