Much harder will be fixing its clunky detection of when you get the bipod bonus to begin with. I think it should be way more generous but there's many windows and other ~chest high barriers where it just wont register.
Sometimes aiming too far up or down also removes the bipod bonus - it's a hassle. I hope they improve upon it and give the Support class and its weapon some much needed love.
(The support rifles are trash)
Here's hoping, cause as of now it makes the class pointless. Most people dont live long enough, with the exception of OP medics, that the ammo supply box really makes little difference in the game in general, and LMG's are just hands down the worse weapons in the game.
Only the light LMGs can be useful most of the time. I main that class.
Either LMG need damage buff or ARs need good nerf
But something is wrong when the bipod makes my gun kick up as much as it would be without it. There's nearly no noticeable difference. I control the gun better in any position with a grip, even in positions the bipod would be usable.
This is exatcly what it is.. It's laughable. The bipod/heavy barrel on the U100 gives it a whopping 4.8 first shot recoil on a 5.56 weapon platform.. Like whaaaaa??? LoL
They know the difference between 5.56 and the 12.7? Even then I dont think the 12.7 on the M2 kicks that hard.
With this many players per match, reloading is a huge cause of death.
The M249 has been beneficial to me many times.
But thats also where the benefits stop.
And new people who have to use the L86 with its 30 round mag, usually dont.
because it sucks.
Support might aswell be a level 20 unlock that makes you go "Meh" and then return to other classes.
