120ms is certainly fine to play at. I'm not sure why you think it isn't or that the game would stop working. I don't think most people would really care or notice a ping like that, unless they're really sensitive to server latency.
I've lived through dial up and ♥♥♥♥ DSL (Frontier internet, look it up). If you're just the slightest bit genuine you're about as dumb as your meme attempt.
That is a quarter of a second delay between your actions and the server being able to even TRY to tell the other players what you are doing. This game's TTK is WAY too damn short to get away with that. It'll result in people dying around walls and getting just instantly dropped by enemies that literally hadn't even entered line of sight on their screen.
Not everyone who lags is cheating is what im saying.
By your logic, I blatantly cheated in Roblox with my godawful internet.
