Land all body shots and it feels fairly long but get 1 shot on head and they almost die instantaneously. Most likely why it feels like you dump a mag on someone then they turn around and insta kill you.
I think TTK in Battlefield 4 was pretty good and felt a little slower then this game. Devs should try and aim for something similar imo.
Momentum + good positioning + medics doing their job makes this low TTK fun, rewarding and not punishing.

You lack standards for good examples...bullet-sponge for modern games would be something like Gears of War (with the exception of shotguns and melee) or Halo (when not using power weapons)...a 3 second TTK isn't bullet-sponge, not even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ close.
