Time to Kill
In my opinion, it is way too quick. Very often I get killed in a fraction of a second by someone 200m away with an mp7. I would prefer a little more TTK, to promote more tactical gameplay, and to have time to respond to incoming fire. Right now, when you're being shot at, you're already dead 99% of the time. Game is great, but I don't know if I'm a big fan of this. Maybe I just suck.
What do you think of the time to kill?

I think that the TTK is a fraction too high however I would rather it stay the way it is over risking having to put half a mag into someone to kill them and having the devs tune it for months on end.

It's head shots that make TTK feel so quick.
Land all body shots and it feels fairly long but get 1 shot on head and they almost die instantaneously. Most likely why it feels like you dump a mag on someone then they turn around and insta kill you.

The TTK does feel a little fast sometimes, maybe it should be toned down ever so slightly.

I think TTK in Battlefield 4 was pretty good and felt a little slower then this game. Devs should try and aim for something similar imo.

TTK is fine, it almost feels too high at times as it seems like if I'm not getting headshots, people are running away after dumping half a mag into someones chest. The game is leaning abit more on the hardcore, so anything higher would work against that and you can basically be revived constantly, so I don't see a reason to really change the the TTK. A higher TTK just makes the game more arcadey/run and gun.

TTK feels good for me. Headshot are really satisfying and body shots feel alright. When I kill 5 guys in a row, I'm not surprised to be killed very quickly now and then.

Momentum + good positioning + medics doing their job makes this low TTK fun, rewarding and not punishing.

TTK is great. Stop trying to make every game the same as another. Why do you want to drump 5+ rounds into a dude to kill them ? That is obnoxious. Dropping someone with a headshot or 2 in the chest is perfect. Also it promotes more tactical gameplay besides running out in the open like an idiot.

The thing is Planetside 2 has higher TTK, thus it allows you to sometimes react so you can counter or hide...it's way harder to that in this game.
Planetside balances this with having better return-to-combat though...medics don't suck, you can use a vehicle to spawn nearby, and ttk there is ~2 seconds under most circumstances.

Lower TTK is always better.

Bullet sponges have always been a disease of fps games.
You lack standards for good examples...bullet-sponge for modern games would be something like Gears of War (with the exception of shotguns and melee) or Halo (when not using power weapons)...a 3 second TTK isn't bullet-sponge, not even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ close.

You're saying this like this game isn't trying to emulate BF 3 onward, kid. It's shaped to look and play like CoD and BF's ADHD addled offspring, stop acting like it isn't.

Gotta agree the TTK is too low. That's fine for a game like R6S because it's a handful of people. In a game like this, it's just annoying.

tmw zoomers dont have 11 medkits and a self revive to alleviate positional mistakes lol

As more people get gun attachments to improve their guns the TTK feels lower. Everything is a death cannon at longer and longer ranges
