BattleBit Remastered

BattleBit Remastered

"Make sure you have installed EasyAntiCheat and run the game with it" How to fix?
I've already tried everything I can.
Checking files, reinstalling the game, reinstalling EAC, cleaning the download cache and so on, I've tried everything, but the game refuses to work.
I don't have a Playtest version!

P.S I have other games that support EAC and they work fine. Other games have a normal EAC installer, with a choice of games, but this does not.

When I delete the EAC folder in Program Files x86, when I start the game I get a message that EAC is not installed.
After installing EAC, the game runs, but shows the error "Make sure you have installed EasyAntiCheat"

In ctrl+alt+del menu in "services" find EasyAntiCheat and see it running if not then run it with the right button.
Also in the folder with the game in the anti-cheat folder click on .exe and click try "repair"
EAC is marked as manual in the service settings, as it should be.
When you start the game, the service is marked as running.
I tried running easyanticheat.exe in the folder, but it doesn't work

It's like the window starts up for a second and then disappears, and that's it

Maybe it's just off?

Have tried literally everything I can think of and nothing is working. Really awesome :D

Game is running, I see EasyAntiCheat in my processes, yet it's telling me to start the game w/ EAC. Nice

Try running repair from a folder with the game, there should also be a folder with the anti-cheat.
In the library on the game right-click - propertiest - installed files - browse.
And in the properties of exe in programm files check the box to run as an administrator
Now im definitely out of ideas
yep, I've done it before
I also have Visual Studio C++ 2015 installed
I don't know, maybe I need to install all Visual Studio....

I have tried everything here and nothing works. Why aren't the files just downloading properly? And I guess what's also weird is that the game says it needs 2.1 GB of space but when I download it only has a 400 mg download, is this part of the problem?

Anyway, thanks for trying to help me :)

Yeah
Other games that also support EAC have a completely different version of the anticheat
When you run another version of EAC, a window appears with game selection and installation/repairing, but there is none of that here
I think the devs should fix this

Right now 28k people are playing as well as on release, it's not that massive a problem. Looked at the charts on steamdb.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

GUYS, I FINALLY FIXED IT!!!!!!

Solution:
1) Uninstall the game
2) Reinstall the game
3) Delete the Steam download cache
Try running the game, if you still have the problem, then do the following:
The entire solution to the problem goes into installing Visual C++ 2015-2022
I only had 2015 installed
After installing Visual C++ 2015-2022, everything worked!
You can also try to create a shortcut EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup, click properties and there in the "object" field after the quotes write the word repair and run
