We are still in fact using EAC. Faceit will still come in the future.
But isn't Faceit supported on Linux?
I'm confused.
Hello,
We will have support for EAC on community servers once Faceit is implemented for official servers. We don't have a date or time on when this will happen.
OK got it now.
The game does work on Steam Deck, it is just not "officially supported"
Thank you for the swift response.
I also see much of the concerns are with the newer system for the future. While I doubt there's a chance at it, but is there any possibility, as developers anticipating to use the newer anti-cheat, to request Proton compatibility due to the request of your player-base, especially with the SteamDeck's popularity?
we are aware of everyone's concerns and we are investigating compatibility. There's nothing set in stone at this time, but will when share updates when possible and give clear timelines as they form.
