Bunny Hopping Sweats

I rarely come across these types of people in game, either on my team or the enemy's, but you ever come across that one player, prestige 5+, run with light armor, Kriss SMG (or some other OP smg) all maxed out, jump all the time and swipe their mouse all around like crazy just to avoid getting shot at easily as they close the gap and mow you down with ease before you even put one accurate shot in them? Ya, these people are some of the most irritating players to come across. Had a few big team games in the past where people like this scored over 150-200+ kills in a single match. Some might call these people good because they understand the movement in the game and have good aim or reaction time, but to me, I call them people who sweat so hard, they could fill an ocean for themselves.

It's one thing to be competitive in any game (myself included, don't get me wrong), but to go beyond that level for a casual war shooter like this, now you're just taking the piss out of it and really ruining the match for everyone by taking all the kills from your teammates and making people who get destroyed want to quit the match or even the game as a whole. Again, I've barely come across these types of players, but these people are just pathetic if this is their playstyle, and it's embarrassing that they can score so many kills upon players who don't know how to react to bunny hopping sweats like this. Now, I get it's all about killing your enemies however you can, as is the point of the game, but to do it like this? Why play like you're in some world tournament where every match you're in HAS to be a win for you by dominating everyone like this?

You're not skilled at the game. You're a total sweat by exploiting the game's character movement (run then jump and control where you're moving while mid-air by swiping your mouse left and right like crazy, messing with actual physics to a somewhat realistic shooter) just so you're a harder target to hit, regardless of range, so you can score cheap kills with an OP smg or C4, rinse and repeat. Call them out for it, and they'll just say that you're the one who's trash at the game just because you can't score as good a KDR, regardless of how you play. These types of players aren't good, but rather pathetic and it's embarrassing imo.

Sorry for the long rant, but I felt someone had to say something about these types of players, as few as there might be in the current player base, and how they potentially ruin the game for others.

Edit: Seems my opinion has struck a nerve within the toxic side of the Battlebit community who misunderstand the point I'm making, and to them, spastic mouse swiping, even while midair, is somehow considered skill and that I'm just "bad" at the game. I guess playing the game the way it's meant to be played by taking a more tactical, but sometimes rushing in, playstyle is somehow a noob's way of playing, even if I get many kills this way, while bunny hopping like an idiot while rapidly swiping the mouse like a total spaz makes you the skilled player and not the "sweat" that they really are. All this toxicity is what I'd expect from people who either are toxic themselves without realizing it, lack any actual skill in shooters or are just doing it to rage bait so they can feel good about themselves because they lack the ability to have a decent conversation and resort to insults without coming up with a legit counter argument, which is nothing but pathetic.

You see someone drop shooting in CoD? You call him a "sweat" because he uses an ingame mechanic? You see people bhop in CS for example and you kick them for "exploiting" and having fun? "

"Sweats" are not the reason why people quit, its the lack of updates. If "sweats" (what you call them) were the reason for people quitting a game, then LoL, CS and literally every other game would be dead.

Crazy times we live in, really. Can't believe people blame other players for trying to be good @ video games.

Clearly you didn't get where I was going with this and obviously missed where I said I don't see these players very often, buddy. I didn't say all players were like this, so you should read again before assuming something like this.

You make it seem like I'm new to this game despite having over 100 hours put into Battlebit, and I'm very decent with the guns in the game. So yes, I know when to determine that I've met my match against legit players and only legit players. Not these bunny hopping sweat hacks who play the game way too seriously, but you wouldn't understand, even if you thought for a second what I mean by this because you're clearly one of those types of people who label criticisms/opinions that you don't agree with as "childish behavior". You got nothing to give as a counter opinion, so you just call it complaining, which is, in fact, actual childish behavior, especially on your end. Get new material.

When I see someone do a cheap drop shot like in CoD, I tell them to go back to playing that game instead if they're gonna play like that after I killed them. Ain't no one got time to deal with people who cheap shot like that. To think I'd call them a sweat, though, is pure ignorance coming from you. As for bhopping in CS, the movements are different in those games than in Battlebit. In CS, if you were to run forward, jump and then swipe your mouse left and right midair, your character would slightly swerve in the direction you're swiping towards. In Battlebit, you can run, jump, change movement direction to where you're going while still midair if you swipe fast enough, so your claim by acting as if the "exploit" is the same between both games is false, and it may be fun to the people doing it, but only to those people alone, which doesn't consist of many remaining players in this game, but still.

Again, you misunderstand where I'm going with people quitting. I was referring to in general, especially when it comes to new players if they came across these types of players. And to think that me calling these people sweats is somehow an offense or slur, when it is the proper term to use, btw, then you're also part of the problem on why people hate overly competitive players in casual shooters and you're just purely too ignorant to realize it, so you practically defend these people and call those against it out by labeling it as "complaining". The apple doesn't fall far from the tree it seems.

It's not being "good" at the game. It's called taking the fun out of it for others. But I wouldn't expect someone like you to understand or know the intention behind my post at all.

I can understand the use of C4, and got nothing against people who managed to kill me with it. But the SMGs being as OP as always, that's something me and ALOT of players I've played with can't stand.

Why would I not want to play a multiplayer FPS game I've invested so much time into? If I hate a game so much because of how it plays or the multiplayer sucks as a whole, then I'd stop playing the game, uninstall it and not write this discussion. Hey, Uninstall this game. I did when I realised the dev himself is a smg main who enjoys this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ playstyle. The nerfed snipers and gave them a trail and kept adding ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanics that only sucked the fun out of this game which made it not worth playing.

The player base is super toxic and will keep calling you a noob if you complain, Just see the replies to your post.

Go to the Store page and leave a negative Review, That is the only way to get the devs to get their ♥♥♥♥ together and inject some Fun into this dying game full of toxicity and Sweatlords.

As much as I agree with how the devs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game over big time with a lack of updates people actually want to be put into the game, they say their biggest update will be coming soon. Idk how soon though. And ya, with them nerfing snipers to the ground with that stupid vapor trail shows their incompetence. I've seen myself not playing this game as often, but for the time being, I'm just gonna wait for this new update and see if it actually changes anything. If it just makes ♥♥♥♥ worse while still making SMGs come off as the still superior playstyle, then I'll gladly uninstall this game. I'll just have to wait and see if this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gets any worse, but only time will tell.
