My biggest complaint is the pilots for sure. They need to also add vehicles into the training range so people can learn to fly without being in a live server and crashing and killing a vehicle full of people and don't have any idea how to control a chopper.
Same for trolls. Can't count the amount of times I've had a troll pilot lift off with a chopper full of people in the spawn and intentionally crash because they think it's hilarious, but if people could bail into a parachute and the pilot trolling did nothing to get a reaction from other players, they wouldn't bother because it would just waste their time.
I remember when I first started playing Battlebit, I kept bailing out of choppers when pilots didn't have the rope down and kept just falling, wondering why my parachute wouldn't deploy - because there are no parachutes. It's one key feature they really have missed. I get they don't want it to be too "casual" and retain some of it's milsim roots, but the experience really suffers without parachutes. There's no reason not to have them, all it does is allow teams to not die and spend tickets for stupid reasons like pilots that don't deploy the rope or having to walk around a high cliff because there's no way to descend safely without wasting 5 minutes walking all the way around.

i dunno; no one ever complained about balance in Bad Company 2 or BF3 or BF4 etc If anything it'll help you when you have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pilot. There's very rare instances when a parachute is imbalanced. In the BF series parachutes make you a slow descending target thats easy to pick off if you're actually good at the game. adding it here isnt the same as adding wall running or sliding like CoD does.
I am very curious if you have played any of the older good BF games or if any of the anti-parachute people have as well? I highly recommend BF3 and Bad Company 2. Theyre a tad slower compared to the games now but you can feel n see the balance that so many people are claiming isn't there. If anything its only a good way to escape a collapsing building etc other than that i used to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when i used parachutes.
what if im really high up? the rope only goes so far.
If you spawn in a helicopter that you're not flying yourself, you're begging for a respawn.
that shouldn't be the case though; i should be able to use that chopper as a spawn to help turn the tide of battle because were getting all the choke points held. plus its really fun and cool to just jump from really high up n safely get down. Makes you feel like a badass.
make parachutes only equip from airborne vehicles and only be one time use.
edit: the only reason i commented is because i absolutely hate the way you have to just drop from a helo to actually enter the action from said helo.
people flying the helicopters are braindead most of the time in my experience and just fly fast af through the map contributing NOTHING to the game.
honestly there should be a vote-mutiny for things like this to remove unwanted pilots.
the fact u guys think this is goofy; all they have to do is make the decent super slow like BF 3 did. Its not hard to kill a slow target; it just sounds like bad players getting scared over a pretty mid add on.
