It largely due that it does not need an expensive PC to play this game, I have noticed this trend on older titles, my .02 anyway.

I barely came across russian's who didn't speak english in the game. Also if you are just shouting and cursing you can report them with one click of a button, everyone's voice is recorded and they give multiple bans/second

chinese are actaully scapegoated a lot DUE TO THEM HAIVNG 3x people to every other nation... so of course naturally they have a few more cheaters..... BUT 60% of the time... these accounts that look asian... are in fact MOST THE TIME some punk kid scapegoating their account to make it look russian or chinese to help hide their char... crazy how most the time they USE their voice buttons it always ends up being a white kid... Game can be playerd on every system you dont need high end or anything. 10 year old systems can run this easily thats why. Thats just my assumption, same with Cs and so on. I think its funny when they get angry and scream something in russian^^ But not everything is russian, poles and alot of east europe plays this, sounds the same but is different.
