I enjoy them, they force you to run new weapons, classes you wouldn't normally, but the hammer s417 is LAME
realistically the quests should be something you could complete naturally while playing to win, like get 10k healing? great, healing your teammates is a good thing, 50 revives as well. complete objectives is great too.
but no one is naturally getting sledgehammer kills(like how often do you run out of ammo and pull your sidearm and then also run out of ammo in your side arm and then pull the sledge out to finish a kill? like the only time i might pull a sledge is if i walked up behind an oblivious sniper and i wanna get a funny kill) and it's just gonna cause people to run around like lunatics swinging away and get like 5 kills and die 55 times in a match not to mention the sledgehammer is janky and wont let you swing unless you are close to someone so you have to run up stand next to them and then start the swing instead of preemptively swinging as you run up, and it takes 2 hits making it difficult if people react quickly
i did have a funny moment doing the quest though where i ran up behind a cluster of people all healing and reviving each other and i jump in and proned with them and started swinging, and i had a guy stare into my eyeballs thinking i was one of his teammates as i brought the sledge down and crushed his skull
Having Smoke grenades, well timed flashbangs, full movespeed loadout with a main weapon that is quick to draw also help a lot in getting those meele kills done.
It might take you 4-5 maps but it should be absolutely possible for you to get the required amount of kills in a handful hours of play if you tailor your playstyle around getting those meele kills.
Or you could just bruteforce your meele kill quest on Tensa Town by playing passive and sitting in a building near a flanking route/ enemy spawn and listening for passing enemies that you could get a drop on. I just wouldn't recommend doing that on a full 127v127 server.
And if that isn't your thing, look out for a sniper nest infestation on a map like Sandy Sunset, take a ride on a quad bike towards it, drop a rally nearby for good measure and then smack the ♥♥♥♥ out of those camping mud kissers from behind.
Can you show me where I said that I am only playing this game for the weekly bonuses?
We get it, your reading comprehension sucks and you are jealous of Forrest Gump's IQ
It’s bad for your health
