+1 on this sentiment, and I hope the devs see this. Right now, the two official servers for Asia are not there, so people have only one of 3 community server choices: the Mainland China servers (which have their own ping issues), the sole one provided by Low Latency, and the few which are offered by another team whose name currently escapes me (but has its own middling ping issues).
I've mentioned this in-game and on Twitter before, and I cannot stress this enough: SEA/CN/JP players need official servers as an option. It's currently inconsistent at best (sometimes there, sometimes not), and while we may be a noisy, uncoordinated lot, we'd love to show support to BBR's playerbase in our own unique way.
China is SIGNFIICANTLY closer to Japan than even west coast USA, but it's immeasurably easier to play on USA servers bexause even tho the ping is high, it's STABLE.
To the china server and the "low latency" server I can't get a stable connection at all. Lots of rubber banding, lots of spikes and dips in ping.
It's a dreadful experience, man.
This situation also creates an undesirable experience for the US based player too. They more likely have to share their very limited official servers with players from Asia because we want to use their server for stability purposes.
So they have to play with us with less than ideal ping and it's probably not fun for them either!
I know that we're not the biggest in terms of sales, but as long as a majority of us can shoot things to our heart's content and get cool BBR experiences, we'd be more than happy to fill up the game servers at unreasonable hours.
Doesn't need to be a large number, just 1 at 64, 128 & 254 per region would solve the issue.
But, honestly, don't expect it to get fixed.
Being a US player, even our Officials have issues sometimes, with the total having dropped to 0-3 on some days.
Should (Maybe) improve if you play during the weekend though.
Just not good servers.
