game not working I only get this error when trying to start game.

Try a verify game files but if it wants that here it is - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=52685 (I got that installed on mine on checking)

TechPowerUp has a complete redistributable package you can download and install that will cover you in 99% of these circumstances. You even need them to install Origin. It's one of the first things you should do after booting up your PC and installing BIOS/Driver updates.

I do that all but still have this error

you running windows updates? and on a supported version of windows? try an sfc /scannow maybe to give windows a repair

thank you man. i didn't really look at windows updates. i just took a look but when i checked for updates the problem was fixed

BattleBit worked yesterday, today I receive the same message. But of course I didn't uninstall any VS packages. I still see both x64 and x86 version of the 2015-2022 version installed.

Is this a new issue with BattleBit?
