Is game dead ?

I remember the first time i bought battlebit. It was 2 or 3 months ago. Current player count was on 60000 or 65000. But now, its under the 10000. Is game dying slowly or the cause is general time difference ?

Yes. Its slowly "dying" but some people don't want to believe that.
I think it won't die completely.
A small player base will keep it alive but in a couple of month it won't really be alive anymore.

It's not dead, but it is bleeding out. There are a few accounts on here like warrious who will show up in every thread white knighting for the devs to convince you everything is fine, but it is clearly not. The devs need to right the ship very quickly or they'll be down to 1000 concurrent players in a month.

The game loses 50% of players every month.
From 40k to 8k in the last three months.
If it continues like this there will only be 1k players left in three months.

Einherjar's statement or all those who "parrot" something, as you say.

The game is slowly dying and it's not because of holidays that are over or other games that have been released.
That's nonsense because other games don't have such a loss in player numbers
over the same period of time.
So it's up to BBR itself that more and more players are quitting.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your statement and the same goes for your whole comment. When I say parroting I mean... Actually lol, just check the first AND the second page of this "General" part here; quite literally HALF OF ALL THREADS is "omg the game is dying" and the same people comment same things in those all threads.

What is that if not parroting?

Is there anything wrong with having 1-2 threads about one topic instead of 15+? 🤷‍♂️ It's borderline impossible to find anything there on Steam's side but "the game is dead".

I agree with some points, disagree with others. 💩 is when people exaggerate everything about anything just to whine and cry about the game. Like "half of all players cheat". Sure, lol.

No. Numbers are low but are still pretty decent and far above expectations (expectations set in June 2023 were 2-3K daily average, not 11-12K) when you consider that the game got here without any marketing/advertising at all. And if you take into account that the devs are about -$500,000 down just on the cost for servers you can understand why is the game currently in a bit of limbo - because they are still waiting their money to get released to them from Steam.

People completely ignore that and expect them to go into even bigger debts because they can't be patient for a month or two. Now if the game keeps going in this stagnating or declining direction after they get the money then we will have a lot of reasons to worry about.
