Could this game get in trouble for having the minecraft pickaxe VIP skin?

The game has a Minecraft iron pickaxe skin for vips, which I'm guessing wasn't approved by microsoft. I really like thing game but don't want it taken down or devs sued for this.

Edit: Before you commet I'm talking about the skin for the pickaxe that's litterally just the minecraft pick.

Technically if this were the case, then Microsoft would have to expand to Real Life as well and sue anyone or any company who makes Pickaxes for real. Because even the MC Iron Pickaxe is based off of its real life counterpart.

My guess is that the devs don't live in the United States, allowing them to circumvent US copyright laws.

Regardless, it's at best a little scummy for them to include blatant stolen intellectual property in what is essentially a supplementary revenue stream for the devs,

Pickaxes cannot be copy written. As they're a tool IRL. And to be 100% fair, MC wasn't the first game to have pixelated pickaxes.

I'm not wanting them to be sued or anything bad. Also, it ain't like it's a look alike or just a pixelated pick, it's LITERALLY the minecraft iron pick. Like 1 to 1 same thing. If you want to see what I'm talking about go to recon, then go to secondary gadget, and it's under the normal pick.
