Not going to lie, I work from home so I've played and absolutely unhealthy amount of this game since it released.
Some kind of regular weekend 2x XP event would go a long way imo.
2x weekend or certain map/gamemode 2x events would be kinda fun. Get people to play more than just Conquest EVERY SINGLE MATCH.
Because if the average player wants to access all the content while averaging 30k points per game they'd need to put in at my best guess anywhere between 400 - 500 hours of gameplay.
I've played CSGO since I was 16 (10 years) and I only have 830 hours in it.
I understand the grind system but it's a little overkill at the moment for anyone that isn't capable of hitting top scores consistently.
Forcing low level inexperienced players to stick to less capable equipment seems to add a big disadvantage to new players.
