Are non-sniper rifles hitscan?

I honestly can't tell. Sniper rifles appear to have drop and travel time, but as far as I can tell this isn't the case with other guns? Sometimes I will miss shots that look like they should hit, other times I will shoot at someone flying in a helicopter several hundred meters away and get a kill while aiming directly at the person, not leading or accounting for distance.

I use ARs a lot and sometimes engage snipers or roof campers with them, they do have travel time and drop too.

Nope. In loadout you can check the gun's velocity. All bullets have travel time and drop.

the hit scan is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in this my m4 seems to fire like a shotgun with its pread and every one else beams me with lasers that never miss.
