I have the same problem. Only managed to launch and play once. I have no idea what is stopping the connection

I played for days with no problem. Now from one day to another this problem appears. If I wait long enough I get to main menu, but connection to a server isnt possible.

Fix for me was to pause my internet filter, then it worked fine

Just bought the game and had zero issues. Restart your computer.

I had the same issue, my firewall was blocking the master server address as the site was too new. Updated the rule and was straight in.

@cde where is the server address you allowed in? I checked via adv security in ctrl panel and everything is set to allow

I fixed the issue for myself; if you are still having this issue please follow these steps:

1. control panel>system and security> "allow an app through Windows Firewall" and "Allow another app"

Make sure to allow BattlebitEAC.exe, Battlebit.exe ;public and private to insure firewall access

2. In file explorer Go to; *systemdrive*\Users\*username*\AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam

Right click the "BattleBitDevTeam" > properties > Security > "Edit..."

Make permissions to "Full Control" for *username* and Administrators.

Please let me know if this fixes the issue for anyone, it took me 18 hours to fix this alone.

Tried this, also tried disabling and then reenabling access which didn't fix the issue. Also tried the second part and messing with that.

However, I did find another workaround for the issue that may help if anyone else is diagnosing the problem in the future. I suspect the issue for most is with wifi settings as when swapping from my dorm wifi to a mobile hotspot I became able to connect. Unfortunately i know nothing about how to mess with wifi settings to check what exactly is causing the issue (if i had to guess its probably security settings related or nat type).

I agree that it is the wifi setting but cant seem to fine anything to resolve this issue. Let me know if you learn anything please

Since the most recent update, the problem was solved for me

What worked for me was selecting the “install or repair anti cheat” option before running the game
