Why do some people have everything unlocked without leveling up?

Is it with the supporter version? I would like to know

No , support version u got only skins for some weapons.
But don't unlock the weapons

How did you get to the conclusion that players...:

1. ... have everything unlocked?
2 ... didn't level up?

Only place is the shooting range that does this.

Where are you seeing that? Prestiged accounts? idk but pretty sure no one wants to prestige this game due to how poor the prestige system is.

Yeah, prestige is pretty bad ngl. You lose all your unlocks for a few skins ...

i prestiged and devs said they going to add stuff to make prestige worth it so it wont be only skins ... so lets hope... as for op nobody has anything unlocked we all grinded

they better not add guns behind that prestige hsit or anything which may give any advantage however small it may be.

instead of redoing your guns and all your gun skins, they should add a better incentive like prestige badges and camo uniform upgrades. Like higher ranked uniforms or something. Nobody cares about these ugly ass gun camo's. seriously. Half of them look bad.
