For RPG's in this game, I mainly rely on HEAT though I'm not accurate beyond ca. 200 m.
Tandem (2xheat) oneshots most things and 2 shots tanks
but regular heat has more range.
fragmentation is against infantry and buildings with better splash
so the best choice depends on how you engage
Plus getting multi kills and taking out snipers with an RPG are the most fun that can be had in the game.
Same damage against infantry, but no damage against tanks. (Compared to HEAT)
TANDEM in this game should be renamed. TANDEM rounds are designed to defeat reactive armor. Reactive armor defeats HEAT rounds through explosive armor. The HEAT round is destroyed, and the tank is safe. TANDEM destroys the explosive armor, and then the HEAT round is free to destroy the tank.
In this game, it feels like a heavier HEAT round.
I use HEAT to counter-snipe lol
Tandem is good against vehicles but you almost never come across heavy vehicles.
