Difference between Fullscreen Window and Maximized Window?

Max might help with FPS from what I've read with most guides but I honestly don't think there's a difference. I use fullscreen so I can have my little PiP YouTube window in front of me while playing the game.

I have a second monitor and sometimes I need to go with my curser on the second to switch video, music or smth. in Discord. Then I'll just keep using Fullscreen Window.
