C4 and other bugs

I recently got the game i haven´t play a match yet im trying and experimenting some stuff in the shooting range when i tried to use c4 it don´t explote and i can´t pick it up the same with ammo packs and when i tried to change the binds to see if the f key was the problem the game change the bind of 4 to left click and something i have experimented is that when i do some actions like throwing or shoot the guns in the preview window it frezees 1 or 2 seconds is the frezee caused because the game is installed in a external drive? thanks in advance and sorry for the bad english.

I believe there is a message board you can read when you pop into the shooting range that explains 'gadgets' wont work for testing yet. so that is the reason C4, ammo packs and other gadgets don't work on the range.

oh my bad it just was me not reading all the text again thanks for clarifing if you now the cause of the frezee it would be very helpful i just hope there is not a pop up message clarifies that to that would be embarrassing.
