Will this game ever get a battle royale mode?

It would be hella dope if this game got it, on god. BR is one of the most popular game modes ever and it would be the perfect fit for BattleBit Remastered. I hope the devs consider it I'm on the fence until they implement BR mode.
Edit: Just purchased. It's a hella fun game and I wish yall would really implement a BR mode. It would attract so many dope streamers and hopefully an esports scene.

But it can be optional, yes? You can still keep playing your boomer Battlefield 1942 clone while some people would like a BR mode. It would be a nice change of pace.

Since COD's one is so trash rn, i'd instantly buy this one and spam it for hundreds of hours if it had BR!

Specially that Snipers can Headshot down in this game unlike cod, and they're not inferior to SMGs that can shoot further than them and kill quicker XD

I was thinking this too. It would be great considering the cool mechanics this game has. I would personally play it over any other battle royale. Could fracture the playerbase though.

I hope not. Plenty of good Battle Royales already available. They should keep their focus and not run the game into the ground chasing trends like Dice Sweden did with Battlefield.
