Have you tried running the game executable as admin?
Go to the game install folder and run the game as admin.

You can use HWiNFO, https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
Have you tried running the system file checker in the command prompt?
run cmd as administrator, sfc /scannow
Have you checked with your MB manufacturer to see if you have the most recent updates such as BIOS, audio drivers, chipset drivers, etc.?
Your board based on your comment, https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-B550-GAMING-PLUS/support

1. What OS are you using?
2. Do you have any keybinds that you don't know of setup that if you press, it restarts?
3. Are you accidentally knocking a wire slightly lose that may cause your PC to lose power for a few seconds?
I know that 3 may sound dumb, but I want to make sure we're covering ALL the bases.
