I'm still learning how all of this currency conversion works myself, but tl;dr, different nations have different currencies. Be glad it's $15. Because for some, it's in the hundreds. And for Japan, it's likely in the thousands.
$15 is the bare minimum for a successful indie game. They're playing the money game intelligently.
People in the 1st world may think $15 as pocket change, but there are people in Bangladesh earning $100 monthly breaking their backs.
thanks for understanding, yes mostly all games have lower pricing in this region. Unfortunately this game doesn't so that's why i wanted to point that out
The game literally costs $14.54 in Japan rn, Cheaper than the $15. I have no idea what do you mean by saying that it's likely in the thousands in Japan?
why on earth would a sane person pay money to play a multiplayer game with indian gamers?? u want to get depressed deep into ur soul or smt?
Not from India, even there the game has better pricing, somehow the developers have forgotten about my region...
In response to community feedback, we are making some adjustments"
They even further reduced the cost in some regions but they didn't even set regional pricing for South Asia sadly
