Key bindings?!?!

Hey, could you guys please fix the glitch for keybindings? You cant rebind anything- it just automatically binds to a - mouse axis with no ability to change them further other than reset

I rebound every movement key and half the other keys without issue, what problem are you having? Also iirc this is another game that just sets the new bind without unsetting any other bindings using that same key, so you gotta take care to go and find the other keys that are using the same key you want to use and rebind those too or else pressing that key will do two things instead of just the one you wanted.

Having the same issue.

I was hoping it was just my controller being plugged in, so I unplugged it. Nope, still immediately binds anything to "Joy(X)negative."

Okay, half fixed it. I can rebind at least.

TL;DR first, try the three finger salute, a.k.a. Ctrl + Alt + Del. Then just hit cancel. When I clicked the game back into focus the issue was corrected.

I do not know why this happens, but this is the second game I've had to do this with now. The first I bought recently as well: Starcom- Nexus.

I don't know what causes these titles to glitch the mouse out for some of us, but this has worked twice, so hopefully it will work for you too.

Not a real fix, but at least it should allow you to rebind. Don't know about you, but I was really not enjoying being unable to bind crouch toggle.

I have the same problem. Nothing I do will let me change key bindings. Any fixes you folks know of?

I can't seem to get any applied keybinds to stick. I really want to try support and build object but I'm not reaching my finger over to "O". I keep try to set "build" to my mouse wheel but it never sticks. I even tried to move it to left control and that doesn't stick either.

I'm not asking for ARMA level of keybinding, but for God sake let us change Page Down and other basic settings we've had since 1995.

I discovered I had a joystick emulator driver and joystick curve app installed on my PC. This was from using my old HOTAS for Elite Dangerous. I removed these and now I can rebind my keys without the Joy(9)negative issue. I hope this helps

Have the same problem unplugged my controller and worked

I had the same issue. I got it to work by unplugging every USB controller first. Try that.

thing is i have no usb controllers plugged in but it still does it

I had to unplug everything including flight sticks, controllers and photoshop boards. Finally worked, however it sounds like software for those could be the issue as well

if alt-tabbing is fixing it then it probably has something to do with full screen mode or windowed mode or full screen optimizations or maybe you have HDR on or something but it's one of those things that relates to windows full screen mode yes?

So I managed to keybind everything...except PageDown button. For some odd reason they key binded pagedown button to an interface reaction in the game and you are completely unable to change it because its not listed anywhere under keybindings or any other setting. So if you for example want to use END as your left lean, and PGDN for your right lean you have to hit the PGDN lean twice for it work because the other keybinding is still binded haha. Its a hot mess, but aside from that the keybinds work.
