How To File GDPR Complaint Against Developers SgtOkiDoki, Vilaskis, TheLiquidHorse
By filing these complaints their computers and servers will be confiscated and audited for data violations under the GDPR/EDPB laws for the European Union. If they want to set new standards for data collection and voice moderation in their games, then they will face the requirements, inspections and responsibility that come with those decisions. Fill out a form and report them for unreasonable collection of data and mishandling of said data since they are not being forthright with who has access to the data, how secure it is, how it's being stored, ect. They have not listed if your data is encrypted and I doubt they have any security measures in place and are gambling on you not knowing the law. File a report today and protect your data privacy and storage.

if there has been a data leak,
if your data has been sold to third parties without your consent,
your data subject request has not been answered,
your data has been transferred to a third country without a lawful basis,
your data has been collected without your consent or another legal basis, etc.

U.K. Users: https://ico.org.uk/

California : https://www.oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company

For all other European Countries: https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en

I will screenshot this post in case I'm banned for further evidence. Stand up for your rights to secure data. You can file a complaint even if they've removed your data, as they will be audited anyways for having policies for data collection, no matter how long they store that data.

Looking at the users post history, it's all he talks about in HLL & Squad's forums. As if they care over there about BBR.

I’m not the one living in fear scared of voice moderation.

You're a dumbass mate. I'd pay for them to record your voice-chat in even higher quality so we can listen to the .flac versions of you accusing people of aim-botting lmfao. Have you not outgrown your nappies? Poor boy.

I don't own the game anymore, however I have no proof from the devs that they deleted my data. If you don't like my post, then why bother replying to it? Why waste your time unless I've said something that triggers you, so you cannot let go.

Who cares? No one is jerking off to your voice recordings.

Take off your tinfoil hat and enjoy life instead of being obsessed about trivial things.

Data isn't trivial. The future is data, everything that makes up each person is data. Data Industry is growing exponentially every single year. The industry pulled 189 Billion in 2019 to a whopping 274 Billion in 2022. Passing our data off to some amateur dev team to collect up and use as they please is not how data is allowed to be treated, even if you agree to the TOS, it's still a violation to store data improperly or sell it to 3rd parties or not tell the people buying your product who will have access to it, how it will be stored, transferred ect. If their data is breached, they now have a voice recording of me, and potentially my address, phone number, email and steam account name. Very easy to commit identity theft with that information.

If people exercising their rights bothers you so much, maybe you should move somewhere where you don't have to worry about rights and freedom, because most people still love their freedom and their rights and privacy, even if you don't care.

It's no use explaining this to the sheep.

Still, he has as much right to form an opinion as any (quoting you) "mf" who owns the game.

It appears to be that way, though anyone on the fence about my post may see a deeper meaning with my responses and not some, "troll clown award attempt." This is a serious issue and needs to be addressed since little companies doing this now is a huge deal for security reasons. They may not have the resources to keep our data private and the fines they receive if investigated would be more than they've made from sales which would set an example to these smaller companies to take better care of our data and reconsider having these invasive policies to begin with.

If you're trying to threaten them to change it probably won't work, everyone who opted in for voip consented, there was even a warning for it before even playing the actual game. And when the game is fun only a fraction of the playerbase would care and refund.

If you want things to change this probably isn't it:steamsad:

On a side note, I did own the game but I refunded when I saw how the data was being collected without any information from the devs on how it was being stored. One of them stated that moderators would have access to our voices, which is incredibly dangerous and illegal. These moderators are working for free too, which is not a good sign when you have data being transferred around to other users through systems that may not be encrypted and also "your data has been transferred to a third country without a lawful basis", means that them transferring that data to third party for moderation purposes is illegal. So when investigated if there's evidence of such transfers of our data, they will be fined big time.
