We need a better Anti-Cheat NOW
I've recently started spectating players with high kill counts in my lobby, and it's become abundantly clear that many of them are cheating. It's disheartening to witness how they effortlessly snap onto enemies with uncanny precision, leaving no doubt that they are using aimbots. It's hard to be sure if some players are also using an ESP cheat in this game, especially since the spectate mode is a bit strange. But really, what's stopping them? I encourage you all to give it a try: open the scoreboard, click on a player with very high kills, and spectate. You'll be shocked to see how many of these players are actually cheating. It's frustrating, especially coming from someone with over 8 years of FPS gaming experience who knows how to spot a cheater. Needless to say, it's incredibly annoying to be killed by people using these cheats and ruining the fun for everyone else. So, developers, please consider implementing a reliable kernel anti-cheat system like Faceit or any other effective solution. EAC is not a good choice.

To address concerns with anti-cheats in general, we are not satisfied with EAC's detection, the version we used on the last playtest of FACEIT Anti Cheat is primarily made for Esports - competitive matches where cheating could result in a team losing $$$ and reputation.

However, since BattleBit is not competitive as CSGO or R6 etc, the restrictions become overkill for the majority of our player base, because of this, we are still investigating something in between EAC and FACEIT Anti Cheat in terms of requirements.

We take the cheat issue very seriously, you can report them in game after being killed using "P" or the tab, and I encourage you to do so.
Also, cheaters are banned in waves, so if they don't vanish right away, do not panic.
