You can use the spectate camera which is insanely good for watching cheaters.

I had the same complaint until someone pointed out spectator mode to me, now i spend almost half of the games just watching cheaters aim snap from person to person.

Is there a way to track a specific person with it? Or do you need to fly around in ghost mode and find the person and follow them?

you can click on them from the scorescreen and follow their perspective if they are alive.

I'd also recommend spectating players that you know are talented and not cheating, so you can better identify how differently they play from cheaters.

You can't have a kill cam in a game where you can respawn in a couple of seconds on your squad mate. It will destroy the ability to play more tactical and reinforce the smg run and gun play styles

kill cams = revenge cams, super casual. Ruins fun but so do hacker. I perfer no kill cam as there other ways of finding out if hack like spectate and logic.

You can literally spectate, turn on enemy icons and aimlines and see where anyone is at. Also, if you die, dont move your mouse and it will track the enemy position until they die. Pretty easy to see if someone is hacking if you spectate them for 7 seconds.
