no pointer to start the game in Quest link

I can get into the game and catch balls and throw them, but can't move beyond the menu and down to the stairs to the court because there's no pointer to select "start game". Is there any way to get this started?

Would you please do the following work in order?

1. Would you please push the thumbstick? In many VR applications, the pointer is displayed by tilting the thumbstick of the Quest controller, but in this application, the pointer is displayed by pushing the thumbstick.

2. If you have a different USB port, could you replace the Link cable with that USB port? It seems that Quest Link Beta still has some glitches.

3. Would you please uninstall this application and then install it again?
