How do you turn off the auction notifications?

They are quite irritating and come up way to often. I never use them anyway, I've got other things to keep an eye on.

I just avoid them, and they disappear after a few seconds. I'm actually taking advantage of the auctions as some of them are quite lucrative.

Funny though, I had a very sizable contract lined up, and managed to get everything in place, only to see my product disappearing. It took nearly half of the contract period to figure out that my product was being sold to the local grocery store as the warehouse was somehow set to auto. Facepalm. Luckily I had three factories working around the clock at filling the orders and managed to complete the contract well before the end date. Its a good thing, too, as the cost of failure was quite steep.

I've found you can turn off the slowdown that auction notifications always do, in the game settings. Which for me works fine, but not for anybody who actually uses them. The notifications still come up but go away quickly at high speed and you never notice them quick enough to respond to them.

This fixed my problem since I don't use them. You can also turn off the seasons. I never did like winter in the game, and don't in real life either. LOL
