Dispatch Priority Order

hi, i'm new here. Anyone can explain the priority order in gameplay setting?
What auto, manual, and logistic mean specifically.
So i have textile production with a bit overflowing raw material ( wool & berry). So in another town i set my warehouse to request that goods since the local town production did not need any of those. but since i set that request my production has some issues in its production line. I'm confused to get the priority since there's no further description in he setting. does my request, count as manual, logistic, or auto.

And one more question, i dont know how, but sometimes when i undo (ctrl + z) my game became black and white and i didnt have an idea to change it back other than restarting the game / back to main menu.

Priority: Ok, the idea is that the AWH distributes everything automagically, yes? If you put it first, everything else (example: manual destinations) go only if the AWH is done with the products. This way, only whatever is left (excess) is sent out

Black/white: you enabled the Transport Visualizer. It's done by holding control and hovering over a building

Auto is automatic collection/distribution done by warehouses inside their range.
Manual is when you manually set destination for a product.
Logistic is when you make a request in your warehouse. Product is going to be delivered by trade truck, train, ship or zeppelin.
