Mine collapsed not sure how to fix

Right at the beginning of a new game I got a mine collapsed warning. I have an iron and a coal mine with 5 harvesters each. when I highlight them they seem to be at 100% everything seems good but my budget tool a huge hit in fines/loans.. The red flag warning is up on my screen idk how to fix it.

You can't fix it. It's just happened and you have to deal with the consequences

"Until it is fixed..." Maybe change the wording as it currently gives the impression that there is something for the user to do. I racked my brain and demolished and replaced buildings thinking that would "fix" them.

Actually, this event comes in the form of a "fine" to simulate the costs of repairing the mines. If you don't do anything, you will pay around 100k per month in repair costs. I guess this would mean that after 20 months, the fine of 2M is payed of and the event disappears. However, if you go to your HQ, you can pay off the fine instantly if you can afford the 2M. (not sure if the fine will always be 2M, but you get the idea.)

I actually would have expected a better response from a developer.

I am brief with my responses because I want what exactly happened: for the community to give detailed replies, without me spoiling everything with math. I very much adore to read theorycrafting threads, so I am quick and kinda vague with my responses. Sorry if it gave the wrong impression
