Waterworld Scenario. Can anyone do it?

I tried so many times to do this Scenario. The main goal is to make 1 Computer Prototype.
In order to make it, we need copper, coal, iron ore. however, you can only choose a town with copper only, and the other one with coal and iron. You can't buy it from market (i tried so many times, tell me if i'm mistaken). Can anyone give me tips /trick to complete this scenario. im so curious.

Top right of the Ui, there's the state button. From there you can import resources

it's not working. i tried to click but nothing happen. the screen looks like this:

i tried to click so many times on the "choose destination" but nothing happen

That is because the map was generated without state connections (due to the flood). Meeeeaning, you can't import anything. What isn't on the map, cannot be gathered. You cannot make the Computer. Make the Dinner maybe?

But then he can't play Rise of Industry if he can't make his computers

but the goal of waterworld scenario is to produce 1 computer. so this scenario is not doable?
