Graphics
I think the graphics was better in Nascar 15,graphics should be better . I guess they are bringing it over from console games, think it would be better than Nascar 15.

The graphics themselves are detailed, look at the cars and track close up, but LOD and AA are really very poor for a PC title. Also on some tracks the cars appear to be floating - probably because of the shadow.

Maybe NH2 looks stunning in 4k, but 1080p it could be a lot better by using improved AA, LOD and exclusive full frame.

Currently running without, but I'll take a look at 3.0 and share my findings.

Looks like it makes a Night & Day difference. I might have to give it a try myself.

The new Reshade 3.x is completely different than the old SweetFX.

https://reshade.me

It has is own GUI and you can pre-select the filters you want to use with the game - or just all of them.

For NH2 you need to select DX10.
You start the tool with Shft-F2

Create a new profile and start playing with the settings.

You see the effect of your settings in RT.

That said, back then I just tweaked a couple of SweetFX files I liked.

You can probably follow the same approach with Reshade, or go through the GUI step by step.

Looks like there is some workaround to make SweetFX 2.0 profiles work with Reshade 3.n (see link).

Not sure what version my old profiles are, but if they are 2.n I'll try and see if they can be made to work.

@Patfox - the method described in the tutorial link works - I was able to run old SweetFX profiles with Reshade 3 following the instructions. Be sure to select the SweetFX profile with SHFT F2.

Let me know if the tutorial works for you, if not I can help you to get it to work.
