Missing mannequin

Just watched a walkthrough of someone getting the cakes and the mannequins. I was certain I'd been everywhere and I was right. There's a missing mannequin.

I understand this is fairly common in this build, and I had probably might as well wait until tomorrow now, but as a sort of personal vendetta kind of thing -- any way to respawn an item that's gone missing?

The missing mannequin is the one at the top of the windmill btw.

You would have to create a new game to have them respawn in their orignal locations.
