Tried reinstalling and everything, i really want to play this game with my friend but im stuck on "loading questions" at startup

Spent the money on the full game but the extra stuff is still locked

We found out if you wait to touch the fight or flee buttons until the annoucer is finished it lets you selecet them, but if you touch it before he is finished it wont select them
