Normally there is no need to activate mpeg4.
The software contains two different mpeg4 codecs:
Intel mpeg4 (which does not require any activation) and MainConcept Mpeg4, which can be activated for a small fee and allows users of old Nvidia cards to render their movies.
Back to the subject, our program utilizes the Internet Explorer API for online communication.
Please go to the System Control Panel and proceed to the "Internet Options" section.
Go to the "Advanced" tab and find the "Security" section.
Here you will find, among other things, the entries relating to the different Internet communication protocols.
Check whether the options TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1.1 and TLS 1.2 are marked.
If not, enable/apply these options and confirm the settings.
If the program persists, please send an e-mail to technical support at contactus@magix.net.
Best regards,
MAGIX
