No hardware acceleration
Hello. I compile video in MPEG4 format. I choose the "hardware acceleration" checkbox, but there is no hardware acceleration. And 1.5 gigabytes is compiled almost 4 hours. What am I doing wrong?

When exporting, hardware acceleration is disabled.

In order to use hardware acceleration with Intel® Quick-Sync, the following requirement must be fulfilled:
Intel CPU of the generations 4,5 or 6 with Intel® HD graphics.
The operating system must be Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 if an additional dedicated graphics card is used.
In addition to the dedicated graphics card, the device manager must also display the Intel HD graphics adapter. If this is not the case, the graphic adapter must be switched on in the BIOS of the PC.
Attention! Settings in the BIOS should only be changed by qualified users.

In the program settings under File > Settings > Program, in the Import/Export tab of the program, the check mark "Hardware acceleration during export, if possible" must be set.

If this won't help, I would recommend you to email us at conatctus@magix.net. Please describe your problem and link the URL of this thread.

Cheers,

Hate to necro a several month old thread, but thank you. Had I not read that, I would be still software encoding my videos and waiting ages for videos to render. :steamhappy:
