How do you store buckets of water>

I filled some buckets of water and how or where do i store them safely
Ive tried storing them in treasure but i cant seem to get them to

This is the reason I stopped using buckets and only fill the watering can. It works the same way as a bucket, but it has its own dedicated equipment slot.

Water isn't a rare enough resource to need multiple buckets of the stuff, anyway.

Buckets are an odd item that won't go in a chest and unlike the watering can can't be "equipped".
I personally made an extra "Trashbin" because you can store bags and buckets and such in it and as long as you don't click "Destroy", they will sit there happily till you grab them/want them again.

I've mentioned it in the Discord that they should be chest store-able when empty, so they don't just chew up inventory space.
