The head patting functionality has been removed from the English version of the game. It's been left in the trailer, Uathach is even still asking you to do it, but you can't. Why? Well, it's actually only deactivated in the code, so it was pretty simple to get it back to work. All lines related to it are fully translated too. But still....

They first bring the mobile game to NA and GamEvil shuts it down weeks later. We never get another MA game. Now we get this gimmick VR game that no one wanted. How long is the game?

Besides the obvious subtitles, they didn't even take the time to publish in-game images of the game in English. All the cards and menus are in Japanese. You'd think they'd want to properly advertise their now English game in full English, no? I'm sure there are many people like me who would appreciate being able to see what the cards translate into to get a general idea of how the game works. Plus, you know, some sort of actual evidence on the store page that the game is, in fact, translated into English...
