No need for instructions. Just extract it and overwrite the files in the game folder.
@Law - Steam is now removing/censoring uncensor patches that are posted by dev's in their communities. Dev's are not allowed to post links to uncensor patches but non-developers are allowed.

That's kind of awful. The entire point of Steam is to have a safe and trusted site to buy and download games from. This basically is forcing people into back alleys and sharing needles to get their fix, and all it will result in is an explosion in the number of virus infections. :(

Yeah, developers posting a link was as secure as things could get with content that you cannot download from steam directly.
Now you have to search the developers homepage, a games patreon page or something like that yourself, and if there isn't any the only way is to download from a link you got from the community, luckily those patches do not involve stuff that has to be executed most of the time, so you are somewhat safe as long as you use an unpacking-tool that is not vulnerable to attacks done through malicious zip-/rar-files.
Your best bet right now is to go to groups/kurators that specialised in collecting those patches, that way you only need to trust those few people or just one person who are/is running the group/kuration instead of several random guys on the forums.

When i try to extract files it says the file is empty? Can anyone help me with that? Ive jsut got into PC gaming and honeslty im not very good with computers yet so I am pretty ignorant lol. An help would be appreciated.

How large is the file you downloaded? It should be 1.8 GB

Hi I am not sure which game folder chose to put the patch......I tried 2 times and it doesn't work

Ive downlaoded the files and included it in my game files now, Nothing changed its still cencsored. I was able to succesfully extract them and but still have big red "censor" please help.
