where are the other endings?

All I see on YT is the "normal" ending with Chris swiming towards the surface and Sonya's recording that reveals the truth. Are the other 3 endings yet to be released?

In the three endings, Ryan swims to the surface and then we hear Sonya’s recording. There’s no “normal” ending. You will get different endings depending on how you get and interprète your symptoms.

so what are exactly the differences between the 3 endings? Is Sonya's recording different?
