Game crushes

Past few days I have had issues with the game crashing my laptop
I'm on RTX 4070 (laptops) I7 - 14650, 32gb 4800 ram. realistically game should not have any issue running and I do not have any issue with any other games.
At first it started with freezing the laptop and giving LOUD buzzing noise, after small research i messed around with audio drivers and now it just freezes my laptop with no buzz
I've done every kind of troubleshoot i could find, updated/reinstalled every driver

I got no clue what else to do, I saw few posts from last year referencing same issues after phantom ray update but there were no fixes provided :(
If anyone got any ideas please help save my MMR

Edit: forgot to mention this is not online issue either, I've tried to play solo offline but same issue still occurred
