Stuck at Verifying Login Server

I was able to get through the verifying long server stage yesterday,however today I can't.

I have tried running as admin, turn on and off, going offline in steam and online again, reinstalling, verifying game files.

Every now and then I am able to get through the stage however it states that I failed to verify server. I was able to play the game on offline mode though.

Please help I was really hoping to relax and play the game today well yesterday at this point was the one free day I had in months.

Updating this discussion: I have tried deleting the contents of %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\GameRiver\Mechabellum it didn't work.

After a couple of minutes the verifying login server has ended, Login Failed. Does anyone know what are the causes of this?
