Why use skill based two ranks and not time/games? (MMR + Combat Power)
I don't understand, why they use two systems to rank the players skill with MMR and combat power. Both influenced by wins not games played.

For me it would be better, if MMR goes for wins and skill, while the combat power increases with every game played. I mean, you get more experienced in the game, so your 'combat power' at least knowledge based grows.

If you want a challenge, look for opponents via MMR, if you want to have fun, go for combat power maybe?

It is silly ´but I am a treasure hunter for skins and I can't see myself getting all the skins of the season. I am lacking skill, not time or interest in the game. But right now I have to find another game to not get to frustrated.

Well I am a cosmetics fan as well in this game, cause especially the unit-skins and some avatars look absolutely EPIC in this game.
-
- That is why I was really really sad to see, that even if you go absolutely hardcore, and you get 140 000+ Combat Power, the most you can earn are only 18 500 Season Tokens (if my math is not off - and it should not be off, cause I re-calculated it several times a few days ago) since at the moment there is no other way to earn those season tokens but from the "ladder" on the season-window ....
- However to buy/unlock all the rewards from this season you need 21 500 Season Tokens....
-
- If both numbers are correct (and they certainly should be correct) then that means that even if you go super-nuclear-pro and get that 140k CP by the end of the season, you will still be missing 3000 Season tokens to unlock all the season goodies. :( :( :(
-
- So you will either have to sacrifice one 3000 Token cosmetic, or sacrifice two 1500 token cosmetics, or sacrifice a 2500 token and the 500 token cosmetic item that you can't unlock in the end even if you are amongst the best of the best. :( :( :(
-
- It really breaks my heart if my math is correct, but so far nobody pointed out that it is incorrect, so I have to assume that it is currently impossible to unlock the full season-Battlepass-Shop even if you are the top 1st rank player (unless they add more ways to earn Season Tokens or rework the amount of tokens we get from the "Battlepass-chart").... :(
-
-
- I would also favour a BP-rewarding system based on for example "How many games did you complete in any game mode available in the game." giving you let's say +400-600 Season-Progress-Points after every completed game.
-
- That would still mean that for 140 000 points you have to play and complete roughly 280 games and that IS an achievement for a working person with family and hobbies, and not something to laugh about for sure - but it is manageable if somebody really wants to get those 140k Season-Progress-Points.
-
-
- Or maybe let players earn a fix amount of season-progression-points for every Account level or Advanced Account Level they gain during the Season - like let's say +800-1000 points for every new account level/advanced account level.
