Melting point.
JUST NERF =)

Make it worse or ♥♥♥♥ more expensive. It is the response of everything..
If not making it more expensive or very much worse - please do a max one but per round and a total of max 3. Its insane that it cost same as a vulcan...

In clear text: Give it some flaws =) It ends a game whenever anyone pop ups three meltingpoints (at a cost of 1200). This because it normally also kills 1200 life in that round before I can respond (and acctually there are no really responds).

If you arent willing to nerf this unit (stats or price) I would love to see a unit that is anti meltingpoint (like a big bertha with heavy damage and stuns target 4 seconds)

Couldn’t disagree more. This is the first mansion I’ve seen of melting points being OP. They fill their role well, but There are plenty of counters melting points are not a problem.

Units which are anti-melting point are called chaff. Throw some fangs in front of your giants, have crawlers, mustangs, or wasps behind them, and the melting point becomes useless as it targets everything it sucks at killing. Or use some stormcallers, marksmen/phoenixes, or melting points of your own behind all that for extra measure.

Out of every unit in the game, MP's are the most vulnerable when it comes to positioning and poor engagements. And if they're getting away from you and killing all your giants easily, then you aren't using the right units or positioning what you do have properly.

And late game everything counters chaff, so you just spam melting points against a decent mix of units and GG EZ no RE. Chaff doesn't do squat against "12% less dmg but kill 5 things at once". Hell, % less damage means jack squat to the melting point. You could do 90% less damage and it'd only add like a second to their time to kill enemies.

You need chaff coming in at multiple stages during the battle, frontline, mid-line, and rear, to give your units time to kill your opponent's chaff and chaff-killing units. Having units which spawn chaff of their own via tech also makes this a lot easier.

I've gone up against opponents using balanced compositions and 6 melting points, and still won. And I've seen it done multiple times.

There are many ways to deal with melting points beyond chaff likes fangs or crawlers, and there's nothing particularly broken about them. They're one of the most balanced units in the game, in my opinion.
